FAQ
No. AI Result Studio never connects to your infrastructure and needs no credentials. You describe what you see, it suggests read-only checks, and you decide what to run.
Vigil runs on enterprise-grade foundation AI models through a private AI service hosted on AWS. Your prompts and answers are not used to train models.
Not unless you share one. Messages are sent to the model only to generate an answer, and your chat history stays in your own browser. If you create a share link, a copy of that chat (without attached files) is stored for 30 days or until you stop sharing.
Not yet. PagerDuty, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Opsgenie, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Jira and GitHub integrations are on the roadmap. Pick the ones you need when you join the waitlist; we build the most-requested first.
